Who We Are... Welcome!

AESHP is a non-profit organization and by its' nature is dedicated to the advancement of safety and health in the educational setting. While that simple statement can run the gamut from asbestos issues to violence in schools, so can the experiences of our members. Some of the issues which this association is or has been working on are listed below:

The above listing is just a small example of the work which the AESHP supports and encourages from it's membership. AESHP has grown significantly in the last few years and we are now on the doorstep of a new phase of our existence. The New York State Education Department's Facility Planning Division and AESHP have had discussions regarding our mission and how it may advance the Health and Safety of all New York State Educational Facilities. This may occur by co-sponsoring of various pertinent conferences or in the area of data gathering in an effort to assess the needs of students and staff at a grass roots level.
